SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the text message communications provided by Move Strong Method® and Coach Jen Matthews Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages according to these Terms.

We send text messages solely for operational or service-related purposes, including:

  • Appointment reminders, updates, and cancellations.
  • Coaching session notifications or follow-ups.
  • Client service or administrative messages.

We do not send marketing or promotional mass texts.

3. Opt-In Consent

You agree to receive text messages by providing your phone number and selecting a consent checkbox during sign-up, contact, or scheduling. Your consent is voluntary and not a condition of purchase or participation in our coaching services.

“I agree to receive text messages from Move Strong Method related to appointments and coaching services. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. View our Privacy Policy for more information.”

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your appointments and service needs but will remain minimal and relevant to your coaching relationship.

5. Opt-Out Procedure

You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message received from us.

  • Opt-out requests are processed promptly, typically within 24 hours.
  • Once removed, you will no longer receive text messages unless you re-enroll.

7. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. We are not responsible for any charges incurred from text messaging.

We take reasonable steps to secure your personal information, including encryption and restricted access. Phone numbers and related data are stored securely and deleted upon opt-out, client request, or during regular data reviews.

Your data will not be sold or shared for marketing purposes. Limited information may be shared only with service providers necessary to deliver SMS messages.

9. Service Availability

Delivery of text messages may depend on your mobile carrier’s network availability. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Policy Updates

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our SMS service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
