Parents don’t put themselves first. Period.

It’s a basic fact of parenting that begins when you are suddenly thrust into the role of being 100% responsible for the welfare and well-being of another individual.

No matter the child’s age, there is an adjustment phase to becoming a parent and we take a back seat to our children while we figure out what’s going on and how to do our version of this “parenting thing”.

Let me be clear from the start. I am not a parenting coach. I am a performance coach for parents.

The one thing all parents want most is for their kids to be happy, safe, healthy and taken care of.

The one thing all parents often deny is their need for self-care and attention. 

Taking a back seat to your kids becomes a habit that’s hard to let go of, even when you try.

When you live by modeling your true potential, you are being the best parent you can be.
